Who is this group for?

All men at Fairway who are looking for support in their journey to a better version of themselves.

Why should I consider joining?

This is a voluntary support group to help build community among our men at Fairway.
Open, but safe place to voice concerns, share ideas/suggestions, and resources with other Fairway teammates.
Opportunities for leadership development and advocate for positive change and improvements within Fairway.
Part of the Fairway culture, building an inclusive work environment.

How do I join and what does that mean to be a member?

Email MensAdmin@fairwaymc.com if you’d like to join.
We will add you to our email group: MensGroup@fairwaymc.com.
Even if you can’t make our regular meetings, you can be part of our group and get recaps, chime in emails, participate in events, and make suggestions to our advisory board.

Respect: Be respectful to maintain openness to learn from and about one another.
I-Statements: Do not make generalizing statements or assumptions about others; speak only from your own experience and perspective.
Consent/Confidentiality: Do not pressure others to participate. Everything will be optional. Podcasts will be locked with a password for member-only access and will not be shared outside of this group.
Accountability: If you harm someone, even if it was unintentional, be willing to apologize authentically, listen, and learn to change your behavior.
